RoseBody SKN Return & Refund Policy


At RoseBody SKN, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy in place.


Returns


For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested skincare products.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rosebodyinc@gmail.com. Include:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue


Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.


Refunds


Refunds are only issued for:


  • Orders that arrive damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items sent by RoseBody SKN
  • Orders canceled before they have been processed or shipped


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.


Shipping


Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by RoseBody SKN.


Lost or Stolen Packages


RoseBody SKN is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Allergies & Skin Sensitivities


Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient lists before purchase. RoseBody SKN is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
